What was the highlight of Sunny Paradise Resort
Location and landscaping was nice.
Location and landscaping was nice. Breakfast was pretty good.
It would be much better if AC worked 24 hours. The rooms need to be cleaner because the floor of our room was greasy and sticky. We booked and confirmed a king bed online but they only provided twin beds instead.

There were Responsibled staffs including security guard who was in fifties. He was honest and caring.
The bathroom door could not be locked as well as the slide door at the porch facing the beach could not be locked from outside. The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. The room temperature wasn’t stable at which making us uncomfortable rest or sleep within night time. Keeping the outdoor around rooms and hotel property total darkness at night was very insecure and creepy. Reckless people dropping litter everywhere on the beach in front of hotel and some mocking at holiday makers gave us lots of annoyance and insecurity.

What was the highlight of Sunny Paradise Resort
Not up to expectations if you compared with their charges.
Swimming pools are nice and clean.
The hotel doesn't offer full time Air Conditioning in the rooms. Air Conditioning systems in our room and also our children's room were not working properly (during the limited time the hotel had offered) even though we informed the staffs and management. Breakfast was awful. The hotel allows horse riding (rental service) on the beach in front of the hotel and it was littered with dung.

All the food we ordered at the restaurant was nice.
All the food we ordered at the restaurant was nice.
Although the staff are friendly, they are not properly trained and therefore service is so poor for the price we paid. Eg we both ordered a soup and main meal, I had finished both courses before my husband even had his soup! Breakfast time is a slightly chaotic affair as the room isn’t laid out particularly well. One end of the site adjoins the public beach so it is very noisy. We have stayed at a different resort twice previously, and thought we’d have a change, but we wouldn’t come back here
